Hayman's Sloe Gin

Hayman's Sloe Gin is created by gently infusing wild-harvested English Sloe berries into their signature London Dry Gin. Bottled at 26% alcohol by volume (ABV), the infusion process takes 3–4 months before blending with natural sugars, resulting in a perfectly balanced spirit. On the nose, plummy aromas are complemented by hints of almond and frangipane. At the same time, the palate delivers fruity notes that are neither too sweet nor too tart, allowing the distinctive character of Hayman's gin to shine through.

Aroma: Plums, almond, and frangipane.
