Following a bourbon style recipe, Sussman and his team have meticulously blended these spirits to create something extraordinary. an inventive, harmonious expression that honors traditional grains while delivering a distinctive and memorable flavor experience. Seventy percent of Indiana corn bourbon is aged 7 to 8 years, 21% of Canadian rye is aged 20 years, 9% of American single malt is aged four years, and 57.5% alcohol by volume (ABV). The Journey is the name they created for this award winning Legacy Batch 001. It symbolizes the spirit of adventure and purpose, honoring those who defy norms and rules.
